Crude Protein Determinations
We have solutions for determination of Kjeldahl (TKN) protein following standard methods. Examples are protein in macaroni products, egg noodles, spaghetti, bread, and bakery.

Total Fat Determinations
We also provide instruments to determine total fat according to the standard methods. The sample is hydrolysed and thereafter extracted in hot solvents. For example, it is possible to determine fat in bread, cereal products, bakery products, and macaroni products.

Crude Fat Determinations
OPSIS LiquidLINE provides instruments to determine crude fat with hot solvent extraction. Examples are fat in biscuits, crackers, fig bars, and raisin filled crackers.
